dlsurfer handoff --consumer generic --sd $SD --sid $SID
dlsurfer handoff --consumer dkt --sd $SD --sid $SID

Point QSIRecon / connectome tools at the finished SUBJECTS_DIR as you would any FastSurfer tree.
