Metrics and QC

On --execute, DLSurfer appends:

$SD/$SID/scripts/dlsurfer_metrics.tsv

Columns: step, engine, device, seconds, exit.

Compare to SLURM queue time from job .out files. Visual QC: open $SD in FreeView (upstream FS GUI — not reimplemented here).
